Information is found in all kinds of media. So There are all kinds of ways to store your information in Ferret.

This is the main window, where it all starts.

What your seeing is User folders, User Files, and at the bottom one Web Icon and one Library Icon. Click the icons to retrieve information.

1) Library Icon

You may start to organize with a Library Icon.
The Library Icon opens this window. What your seeing are out of service Icons on the top. And three in-service Icons ready to access your information in the lower half. Clicking the in-service icons retrieves information in Web content.
